These terms govern your use of the Tidelune online store and any purchase you make, together with our Privacy, Refund & Return and Shipping policies.

1. About us and how we operate

Tidelune is an online retailer acting as a sales intermediary: we curate and sell products that are made and shipped directly to you by independent third-party suppliers (dropshipping). We remain your point of contact for the whole purchase — orders, tracking, returns and support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or use the store with a parent or guardian.

3. Products

Our footwear is women's comfort footwear for everyday wear. Sizes are listed in US / UK / EU; please check the size chart before ordering. Product features such as water resistance and warmth ratings are as described by our suppliers. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. We describe and photograph products as accurately as possible; colors may vary slightly by screen and measurements are approximate.

4. Prices, currency and payment

Prices are set in USD and may be displayed and charged in your local currency at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Price changes never affect confirmed orders. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and fully refunded.

5. Orders

We may decline or cancel an order for unavailability, suspected fraud or errors, with a full refund.

6. One-time purchases only

Every purchase is a single payment. We don't sell subscriptions and will never charge you again without a new order.

7. Promotions

Promotions apply automatically at checkout when the conditions shown on the site are met, while the promotion is active, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated.

8. Intellectual property

All site content belongs to Tidelune or its licensors.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer laws.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply, and you may bring claims in your local courts. EU consumers may also use their national dispute resolution bodies. Please contact us first — most issues are solved in a few days.
